Tricap Residential Group seeks to hire an Asset Management Analyst to join our portfolio. If you are systematic, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in learning the ins and outs of a real estate execution firm, this will be a position that you will excel in. This analyst role will support EVPs in Finance and Asset Management. We are moving fast and are growing quickly, but focused on accuracy, precision and scalability. Key Accountabilities

● Financial Modeling
● Performance Tracking
● Investment Reporting and Communication
● Analysis

Primary Responsibilities

● Complete / forward-looking financial models that track performance, cash flows, and returns
● Assist in annual plan process including preparation and review of budget templates as well as creation of annual plan for assets
● Assist in financing process
● Preparation of monthly and quarterly updates/reports for distribution to investors and equity partners
● Responsible for updating and ultimately solely responsible for Investor Management (IMS) software
● Special projects and ad hoc analysis
● Assist in the monitoring and calculation of cash flow and required capital and reserves needed to maintain asset quality
● Assist as needed in due diligence process, including but not limited to review of financial and operational assumptions
● Review compliance with financial and regulatory obligations
● Assist in asset disposition process

Qualifications

● BA/BS degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field
● 3+ years of experience (multifamily real estate experience preferred)
● Knowledge of financial return metrics such as IRR, MOIC, cash-on-cash yields, etc.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
● Proactively looks at broader trends and researches opportunities and support recommendations
● Experience with managing and modeling investments in Excel
● Solid analytical, quantitative and organizational skills
● Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
● Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach
