Job Description

Seeking well organized individual to fill Office Assistant position for a growing company at McCarran International Airport.

Requirements
Candidates must be able to successfully pass a 10 year criminal background check.
Have a HS diploma plus 2 additional years specialized training in administration, HR Management, or business administration.
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidates must have and maintain a professional experience at all times. The position calls for the candidate to report directly to the General Manager and Corporate office. The candidate will be required at times to arrange, and participate in company events such as business lunches, dinners and outings.
Candidate should be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs per week and have own transportation.
Candidate must be well versed in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

General Manager Assistant: Perform secretarial support duties as needed.
Office Assistant: Assist with the general administration and day to day management of the Las Vegas offices. Such tasks include payroll processing and general accounting as well as receipt of worker comp and disability claims.
Human Resources/Recruitment & Selection: Assists applicants, accepts and reviews applications and makes recommendations for hiring.
Uniform Management: Maintains inventory of uniforms, submits orders for uniforms and handles distribution of uniforms.
Candidates must be stable individuals capable of handling competing priorities and a high demand environment.

Salary/Wage: $14-16/hr
Education: HS, some college preferred
