Position summary The School of Business at Saint Martin’s University invites applications for tenure-track positions as entry-level Assistant Professor in the following areas:
Accounting – Cost: minimum qualifications include an active CPA license and an MBA or MAcc/MPA/MS Accounting; Ph.D./DBA desirable. Professional experience preferred.
Accounting – Audit: minimum qualifications include an active CPA license and an MBA or MAcc/MPA/MS Accounting, Ph.D./DBA desirable. Professional experience preferred.
Finance: PhD/DBA in Finance or Financial Economics or related field from an accredited institution required. Masters in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
Management (broadly understood to include specializations in project management, public and/or nonprofit administration, international/global business, and entrepreneurship)
Saint Martin’s is a Catholic Benedictine university with a student-centered ethos. Start date for a 9 month appointment is August 2018. Candidates must have valid documentation permitting them to work permanently in the US from the date on which the appointment at Saint Martin’s takes effect. The standard teaching load is 12 semester hours. Teaching expectations include evening classes as well as some classes at off-campus regional sites (within a 20 miles radius).
