The Barista contributes to St. Joseph Hospital's Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all customers while incorporating and implementing the hospital's core values. This job creates the Starbucks Experience for customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Models and acts in accordance with both Starbucks guiding principles and Hospital's mission, vision and values.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Six (6) months customer service experience in a food service related environment required.
Successful completion of the 40 hour (two week) Starbucks on the job training program.
