The Branch Manger (BM) is responsible for assisting the DSM in managing all aspects of the sales activities within their dedicated team and growing team. The BM will also assist the DSM with creating and achieving the Branch forecasts, ensuring 100% client satisfaction, interfacing with the PPG operations group to prioritize sales and operations activity, issue resolution, and external relationship management (Appraiser, Title, Lender, etc.).

In addition, the BM is responsible for assisting the DSM with hiring the personnel within their dedicated team and the ongoing (sustaining) training of each team member. The BM interfaces with each member of their sales team on a daily basis to ensure that the Branch is successful in meeting all key metrics.

  • BM is responsible for assisting, recruiting and interviewing new candidates.
  • BM is responsible for insuring Quality Files entering the pipeline while coaching staff on opportunities. (Will QC min 50% of all files per week)
  • BM is expected to originate, manage, and fund at least 5 loans every sales month
  • BM will sustain ongoing knowledge acquisition and transfer to team members on loan program availability and relevant loan program guideline information
  • BM will communicate with the DSM on appropriate topics for sales training while assisting weekly in the delivery of meetings.
  • BM will build and maintain Senior Level Relationship Management of all external parties associated with Branch business included but not limited to; Lenders, Title, Appraisers, and Realtors
  • BM will Interface with Mortgage Consultants to recommend appropriate loan scenarios for clients
  • BM will Interface with Mortgage Consultants /MP’s and BOS’ to resolve issues and drive the sales process to closure
  • BM will provide ongoing training to newly hired sales and sales support personnel
  • BM will Interface with Mortgage Consultants /MP’s to acquire loan status and sales forecasting information
  • BM will communicate with the EVP of Sales and/or PPG Executive Management team on a regular basis as to the status of sales forecast as well as attend DSM meetings.
  • BM will communicate with SOM/BOS to prioritize loan processing volume and share sales forecasting data as needed.
  • BM will ensure that all of PEM’s clients are 100% satisfied with every stage of the experience
