Reporting to the Business Operations team, you will work with all revenue-facing functions at FiveStars, including, but not exclusive to: Sales, Operations, Recruiting, Finance, and Marketing. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role tasked with expanding our understanding of all revenue and cost sides of our business and ensuring we’re driving both the successful growth of FiveStars and the achievement of our core mission.

What You’ll be Doing :
Understand our data infrastructure and business model to transform data into insights Write SQL queries and leverage visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and/or Periscope to clearly communicate meaningful findings cross-functionally Participate in and lead the evaluation of new and current business initiatives Provide insights to ensure teams are working on the highest-leverage projects Participate in designing internal processes to collect rich and accurate data Troubleshoot data inconsistencies efficiently and provide recommendations for improving overall data quality Perform ad-hoc investigations to answer complex business questions What We’re Looking For :
1-3 years experience in a data-focused role Strong analytical skills with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively across the organization Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and prioritization skills Experience using SQL and writing queries Awesome Additions :
Proficiency with Tableau Proficiency with statistical methods and tools such as R or Python Experience designing and building datasets using SQL-based ETL Tools Perks
