The Candidates are expected to follow job instructions in a very precise manner, as directed by management staff. After the introductory training period, the candidate will be expected to handle all responsibilities with minimal input with upper management. Our current facility is located in Moss Landing, and our new 7500 sq ft. facility is located just outside of downtown Santa Cruz

Responsibilities and Duties

Trim raw product

Ensures accurate trim weights and measurements

Responsible for maintaining quality product

Sorting material for packaging

Packaging products with accuracy

Producing compliance labels based on CoA lab results

Operate with integrity and honesty

Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company

Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas

All operations must be conducted in a professional manner to ensure State Compliance Laws are upheld

As a driver you will:

Assists Production department with the pulling of orders and/or supplies from the warehouse as ordered for fulfillment.

Use a company vehicle to complete delivery promptly and accurately, ensuring all orders are accounted for and all paperwork is uploaded.

Provide courteous and consistent customer service

Responsible for taking accurate notes on each delivery and active correspondence with dispatchers.

Transfer returned/rejected product back to the location.

Unloads delivery in a pre determined location in a friendly courteous manner.

Utilize smartphone applications and other required systems to navigate and deliver assigned orders quickly, accurately, and safely.

Able to follow standard operating policy and safety procedures.

Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.

Maintain logs of packages delivered

Must work with Management to ensure best practices are always being followed

Responsible for staying focused while performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Strong time management and customer service skills

Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws

Trustworthy and Dependable qualities are of utmost importance

Application Requirements

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to apply

Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

Ability to pass all required reference and background checks required by the company and mandated by the State of California.

Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs and sit for extended periods of time.

Willingness to adhere to assigned schedule, routes, procedures, and transportation laws.
