Employee benefit reviews

Most commented

  • Employee Discount(39 comments)

"Could be much better. They give you more off of home goods and apparel than they do groceries, which sucks because not everyone has a marketplace store available to them, and would benefit a heck of a lot more on a steeper food discount."

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(24 comments)

"Accrues over time, but you have to work at least 1 YEAR to get it. I believe with the latest contract they’ve reduced PTO down to like 35 hours because they “gave us another paid holiday!!”. Ugh. -You do also accrue personal days separately from sick time and vacation, but getting them to actually apply it is a pain."

  • Job Training(16 comments)

"When I started I had really good training. All thought the company needs to spend time and resources to better the new comers. Training your employees are beneficial to success for everyone."

  • Nov 30, 2023

They were typical benefits offered, nothing special.

  • Sep 29, 2023
Current Employee in Casa Grande, AZ, Arizona

Provides vacation and paid time off.

  • Sep 23, 2023

Most benefits didn't start until after a year of employment.
