JOB SUMMARY
  • The Senior Vice President (CHRO) will provide system-wide strategic direction and execution of Human Resources human capital strategies and plans designed to align with that of operational strategies and plans, in support of Phoebe Putney Health System mission, vision, and strategies. The SVP/CHRO will work closely, advise, and partner with system leadership concerning a variety of organizational initiatives and work closely within the system to translate strategic priorities, across various provider based and non-provider based operational divisions, into initiatives that promote the wellbeing of the Phoebe Family. The SVP/CHRO directs and manages various business, financial and system functions assigned to the Human Resources Division.

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Required)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 8+ years Progressive Management Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (Required)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
  • Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Advanced Certification in Human Resources (SPHR)
