We are an employee-owned Third Party Administrator (TPA) with 175 employees and 20 locations across the country. We specialize in providing liability and property claims management and administration for self-insured clients, to include the private and public sectors, insurance companies and captives.
Will be dedicated to one of Carl Warren’s largest public entity clients.
Effectively work claims to ensure file quality meets Carl Warren claim performance standards.
Will be required to travel for court appearances, private mediations, scene inspections and recorded statements in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
A minimum of 2 years experience handling public entity, auto liability and/or general liability claims.
Litigation management experience is preferred, but not required.
High school degree or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Work Ethic. A strong personal work ethic with tremendous pride in his/her work product. A desire to be mentored and the ability to think outside the insurance industry box to arrive at creative solutions to problems.
Problem Solving. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to quickly conceptualize the issues involved in the claim, make a plan and then execute the plan.
Effective Communicator. Exceptional customer service skills with the goal of creating raving fans of his/her work. Professional oral and written communication skills.
The ability to work as part of a claims team and to understand how his/her individual achievements impact the results of the team as a whole.
