Our Client Partners are akin to the traditional Account Executives but offer a more sophisticated level of client relations. The Client Partner is the primary client interface for the commercial relationship ensuring both client and 3Pillar objectives are met. The Client Partner will manage a portfolio of accounts varying in size and scope but all aligned within the Information Services vertical.

The Client Partner is responsible, above all, for account growth and client satisfaction. In addition the Client Partner is:

• Responsible for client relationship management to ensure engagements are successful for both the client and 3Pillar.
• Responsible for helping create the client account growth strategy and execution of that strategy.
• Defining and implementing a client satisfaction and retention strategy.
• Managing the commercial relationship, which includes defining an effective pricing strategy and assisting with contract management (including but not limited to helping create/write SOWs and MSAs).
• Tracking engagement financials to include accounts payable, receivable, expense reporting, etc.
• Monitoring resource allocation for client engagements, ensuring both quality and utilization are optimized.
• Supporting the Market & Client Services Team with solution designs and estimation as inputs to proposals.
• Responsible for project and portfolio profitability; as well as tracking and monitoring portfolio metrics.
• Must be knowledgeable in the latest mobile and web development industry trends and be able to speak intelligently on those topics.
• Continue to mature the account management process


• 5+ years of product development or IT management experience, including 2+ years in a client services / sales role in technology consulting for the Information Services industry.
• Strong business management acumen understanding market and industry technology trends particularly in mobile.
• Customer facing team leadership and account relationship strategy experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic long-range plans across a wide scope within the organization.
• Ability to create and deliver pricing strategy
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to translate client needs into solutions that can be delivered by 3Pillar.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills and has the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts in different stages, while proactively seeking new opportunities within client engagements.
• Understanding of product development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
• Project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience with leading offshore development teams.
• Business or Technical degree - with an MBA or Masters degree preferred.
