​Job Description:

MCN Associates is looking for a highly motivated entry level Communications Coordinator to join our growing sales, marketing and business development team. The MCN teams look for candidates that embody a “can-do” attitude in a fun, energetic environment where employees are pushed to exceed and rewarded for delivering. We are seeking professionals that want to take their “winning mindsets” and apply them to a growing business career. We are looking to develop our own people, starting in the entry level, rather than people from outside. This sales and marketing position is specifically designed to give entry level candidates rotational exposure in all areas of Business Development, Sales and Marketing. It is also the primary pathway to promotion into other management areas of the company.This job opportunity involves face-to-face sales of services to new business prospects.

​​Primary Job Responsibilities of the entry level Communications Coordinator include:

·Assisting our clients in the retention & acquisition of business customers.

·Learning the business aspect of running a marketing firm.

·Act as corporate liaison between our clients and their target market for all aspects of business & communication.

·Develop and execute client cultivation strategies for local sales and marketing campaigns.
