I have been working at Audley Travel full-time (More than 5 years)

      Pros

The best thing about Audley is the team you work with. I have made some absolute friends for life while working here. Management are supportive, friendly and approachable. The work can be quite challenging, but there is enough training and support (both official via training programs and unofficial through the advice of friends and colleagues) that you can get by. The company has experienced huge growth in the past few years, which is great for both job security and prospects.

      Cons

Like some others have mentioned, the demand of a sale jobs can sometimes bring work-life balance into question.

I have been working at Audley Travel full-time

      Pros

Audley is a great place to come into work every day. It's fun, the people are amazing and they treat people really well. Employees well being is always taken into consideration and they make changes based on feedback whenever possible. People are set up for success, I really appreciated that starting out they don't make new sales people achieve the same targets as someone that is up and running, a fair and long ramp up period is given. Clients are given priority all the time which makes it easier to do your job. They address issues with clients well to make sure the client is happy so you aren't left with difficult situations to deal with.

      Cons

It's very busy, I've never been so busy or worked so hard at any job before. A lot is going on at once I think a lot of people struggle to keep their heads above water. There are some discrepancies between regions, some are much easier to sell than others and some regions have a harder time achieving goals.

      Advice to Management

For the most part keep doing what you're doing but take into consideration that some regions can't sell as much as others.
