Provide primary analyst support to the Director of Credit Risk and the Credit Risk Officer within the Enterprise Risk Management group. As a team the Credit Risk Analyst, Director and Officer are responsible for identifying, assessing, measuring, and monitoring credit risks across the Bank and ensuring appropriate risk controls and responses are developed. This will include conducting various portfolio analyses using data from throughout the bank. The Credit Risk Analyst role will focus on identifying risk trends, conducting due diligence on individual credits, validating data sources, and effectively reporting key findings.
Risk identification and assessment:
Participate in the process of developing and refreshing risk inventories
Assist in risk control self-assessments (“RCSA”) process
Work with Director of Credit Risk and Credit Risk Officer to develop data to support identified Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
Work with Credit Administration to analyze and validate data that is used to support risk appetite statement metrics (“RAS”), dashboards, and other KRIs
Search for risk trends in the credit portfolio by reviewing credit files and performing due diligence on various segments of the portfolio
Risk Monitoring and Reporting:
Assist in validation of risk issues identified in third party loan reviews
Update and maintain risk issues tracker. Organize risk issues that are identified via 3rd party loan review, regulatory reviews, and other audits
Assist in preparation of materials for BERM, DERM, and other meetings
Support for Credit Risk:
Perform special projects as needed

Candidate must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Must be extremely detail oriented and able to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently. Discretion with confidential information is also necessary.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Accounting, Risk Management, or other related degreesInterest in the financial services industry
