About The Role:

Benitago is hiring an outstanding Customer Experience Associate who is deeply passionate about both providing an exceptional customer experience to every single customer and the transformative power of skincare.

Your mission will be to provide unparalleled service and support to our valued skincare customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your in-depth knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for skincare products will be your superpowers in delivering a truly exceptional and memorable customer experience.

You will be a core part of our Customer Experience team (alongside 2 other associates) and report directly to the Customer Experience Lead. We care deeply about our team and look to build long-term relationships and careers. We invest in your growth, both in professional skills and position as you progress.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service: Delivering exceptional assistance and support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Mastering the intricate details of our skincare products, providing you with an unparalleled understanding to confidently address customer queries.
Order Processing: Seamlessly guiding customers through the ordering process, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery or returns concerns to guarantee a hassle-free experience.
Problem Resolution: Managing customer complaints with a blend of professionalism and genuine empathy, transforming challenges into opportunities for delightful resolutions.
Feedback Collection and Moderation: Proactively gathering and documenting customer feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement, elevating our products, services, and overall customer journey.
Relationship Building: Nurturing and cultivating strong customer relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business, ensuring they feel valued and connected to our brand.
Brand Ambassadorship: Embodying our company's skincare products and values, promoting our brand and sparking enthusiasm among our audience.
Community Management: Cultivating an authentic and engaging community where customers connect, share experiences, and flourish together. Through meaningful interactions, we create a supportive network for our valued customers to thrive in.

What You Bring:

Engaging and Fluent Communication: Masterful in both spoken and written English, possessing the innate ability to empathize, actively listen, and genuinely make people feel understood.
Customer Experience Enthusiasm: Driving an unyielding passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences; continuously striving for excellence in every interaction.

Beauty and Skincare Aficionado: Passion for skincare and beauty; extensive knowledge of skincare, product ingredients and their benefits.
Availability to work during EST hours

Bonus points for:

Experience in the e-commerce area (Amazon and/or Shopify/DTC)
Familiarity with eDesk by xSellco
Prior experience in similar roles

Please note this is a remote role, with US EST time zone working hours. You will provide phone support to customers. To deliver exceptional customer support, you probably will be answering (urgent) customer inquiries outside of regular business hours.
