Customer Service Advisor


We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service / Sales Admin to join our South Melbourne space.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about plants, sustainability, herb and farming and customer service experience. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability always ensuring a positive service experience and customer satisfaction.

This role will see you working end to end on the customer journey including handling customer enquiries, booking customer quotes, store sales, invoicing and CRM management.


We are VIRID Vertical Gardens, a company with the mission to bring nature and health to residential and commercial spaces. We work with aluminium panels, fully automated irrigation systems and plants grown in our greenhouse using organic methods and certified organic probiotics to ensure a high-quality product free of chemical pesticides.

  • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and caring manner.
  • Providing product selection advice and recommendations.
  • Processing and coordinating Quotes and Orders as required.
  • General sales support.
  • Timely issuing and processing of invoices
  • Work with customers throughout their purchase journey

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
