Wednesday- Saturday 9am-8pm

In addition, you'll be a technical resource to your team, peers and to other business groups by answering questions, sharing perspectives, suggesting new and creative ideas, and participating on projects.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Shares in daily responsibilities of Customer Service Department.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Build and support teamwork throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality, this involves attention to detail, problem-solving, and accountability for excellent results.

Required Skills

  • 1+ year(s) of relevant experience (inbound phone/ticket/chat customer service)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills

Hours, Pay & Benefits

Required Shift - Two shifts available: Sunday- Wednesday 9am-8pm

Wednesday- Saturday 9am-8pm

Pay rate $13-$14. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and monthly bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits include casual team-oriented work environment, on-site gym, game rooms and lots of other perks
