A CSR who will serve as a point of contact, give information about products and services, and accurately and effectively handle any new issues that arise with our customer accounts. They communicate with passion, patience, and empathy. You will uphold high customer satisfaction levels, ensure great service standards, and respond quickly to consumer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Organize a lot of consumer encounters.
Create and make use of sales leads.
To satisfy customers, determine their wants and evaluate them.
Establish long-lasting connections and trust with customer accounts through transparent and active dialogue.
Use the proper techniques and instruments to provide information that is accurate, valid, and comprehensive.
