Pacific Office Automation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with internal outside sales teams, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

As an Inside Sales/Customer Supply Representative, your duties will include:
Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
Understand customer needs and requirements
Ability to handle high volume phone calls and emails
Strong problem solving abilities and phone presence
Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree preferred
High quality verbal and written communication
Strong math abilities is necessary
Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred
Experience using spreadsheets, database and word processing software; such as Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
