We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

In this role the Data Analyst will work to collect, organize, and support data for interdepartmental use. This position reports to the Revenue Operations Analytics Manager and will frequently collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams. This position will have strong career growth and development opportunities. This work encompasses several duties and responsibilities, including.

• Manage complex data requests, reports, and predictive data modeling.
• Create edit checks for all external data type and perform validation.
• Assist the Revenue Operations Analytics Manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and work on the board of directors reporting related to all sales and marketing activities.
• Troubleshoot and offer solutions based on project needs.
• Increase the breadth and quality of tracked data.
• Collaborating with our CRO, CFO and CEO to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Using graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize and analyze data.
• Perform all other tasks, as needed.

Required Skills

• Expert-level Excel Knowledge - Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Data Visualization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong people skills
• Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills

Recommended Skills

• Experience working with a data visualization software, preferably Power BI
• Experience using Power Query to format and transform data.
• CRM package proficiency, Salesforce preferred.
• SQL and VBA Knowledge a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
