Job Title: Data Entry & Operations Assistant (In-Person, San Francisco)
Commitment: Hourly contractor paid 35-45 hours / week. This is a temp to hire position.
Location: San Francisco downtown. In person required — no exceptions.

What will you do?
We are looking for 2-3 reliable, detail-oriented assistants to join us in our San Francisco office. This is a hands-on role that involves downloading and organizing documents, entering information into our system, and supporting basic operational tasks.
No prior experience is required — just bring reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You’ll be working directly with our team and helping keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Download and organize PDF documents from websites.
- Enter and manage data into our internal system.
- Assist with simple administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented in data entry and management.
- Can use a Macbook.
- Can work in person every day in San Francisco.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
