We are currently seeking an experienced Design Director to join our growing team. You will work closely with our Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and project teams to drive the vision for client work and help to define the design philosophy at O3.

We are looking for an individual driven to create world class experiences; someone who lives and breathes design and dreams about its role and impact on great products. We want big picture thinkers who can translate strategy into elegant visual design systems that solve real world problems. We seek an energetic soul who wants to lead a team of talented designers and gets a thrill out of seeing them flourish. We want someone who is comfortable selling a vision to our clients and is always looking to push the boundaries of design.

An ideal candidate is someone who is currently in a Director or Senior role and who has been managing a team of two or more designers for at least a couple of years. We need someone who is familiar with the agency world, and who has been lead creative, design, or UX director on large scale projects and has the portfolio to prove it. Background in product development and UX best practices is essential.

You will be provided guidance and support by our CXO and will lead a team of UX/UI designers who you will mentor and develop. You will partner with our UX strategy and development teams to ensure that the creative vision for the work is backed by sound user insight and technical standards. You will interface directly with clients and be responsible for all design deliverables for projects in your purview.
