Job Description:

As our Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing customer complaints, disputes, and discrepancies related to fines or deductions, and working to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Your main duties will include:

Investigating customer complaints or disputes related to fines or deductions

Communicating with customers and relevant parties to gather necessary information

Reviewing policies and procedures to determine the validity of a dispute

Researching and analyzing relevant data to make informed decisions

Preparing written responses to customers and other parties involved

Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate dispute resolution

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing recommendations with management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field a plus

2+ years of experience in customer service, dispute resolution, or a related field

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
