Our client is currently seeking a a skilled copywriter to develop 10-20 value propositions for a range of technical materials used in various products. The aim is to translate complex technical information into compelling marketing copy that emphasizes the customer benefits.

Working closely with the Client’s R&D team, you will take the technical information and develop headlines and taglines that capture the essence of the materials' value propositions. As each material is used in multiple products, you will need to develop a value proposition for each product.

In addition to the value propositions, each product will require a concept statement that clearly outlines its unique selling proposition. Copywriter may also collaborate with graphic designer to present the copy in a visually appealing way.

This is a short-term project that is expected to span a couple of months.

Candidates must submit writing samples along with their applications to showcase their ability to create compelling copy, as well as their desired hourly rate.

Deliverables:

10-20 total value propositions – 1 per application of each material/product
Concept statements to accompany each value proposition

The ideal candidate:

Demonstrated experience working with technical teams and transforming complex information into easy-to-understand copy for non-technical audiences.
Mid-level (5-15 years) or Senior level (15+ years)
Industry experience (optional): manufacturing, engineering, industrials or technology

This is a short-term contract engagement starting next month. The role would require up to 10 hours per week, or possibly 10-20 hours per week.
