1. Design targeted operation activities based on the preferences of Regional users
2. Follow up the performance of the events, continuously optimize the form of activities to ensure that resources are used reasonably and achieve operational KPI;
3. Responsible for the communication and cooperation with R&D and middle platform department, planning the localized game content, including but not limited to skins, peripheral resources, and packaging events;
4. Establish a daily data monitoring mechanism for key indicators, regularly output conclusions and reports, make data analysis and output countermeasures for game data trends, data fluctuations, etc

3. Have experience in local game operation, be sensitive to data, and have strong analysis and summary capabilities;

5. Have an in-depth understanding of the competitive game;
6. Possess strong multi-tasking ability, a strong sense of responsibility, a great team worker.
The base pay range for this position in California is $ 21.92 to $39.80 per hour.
Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
