About the role
Make it up, make it happen.
We're looking for a Designer who wants to help organizations get their messages out using beautiful design.
Collaborate with everyone – fellow creatives, strategists, media and account teams, and clients to ensure your ideas are always relevant and served up in the most breakthrough way possible.
Superhero style – usually you're teaming up, but sometimes you're solo. You must be just as comfortable collaborating as working on your own.
Maker's mindset – be thinking about execution and production in every idea, ready to make it yourself if that's the best way to do it or sell it. Extra points if you're the one holding the camera.
Client's favorite – you'll be face-to-face with the client, understanding their hopes and dreams, and presenting ideas they can't wait to say yes to.
Multi-tasker – some days you might be guiding a brand's visual strategy on social media, and other days you might be building a jaw-dropping pitch deck. You should be willing to jump in on anything, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
Idea machine – you're not just making other people's ideas look beautiful, you're thinking of the ideas themselves where the visuals do the talking.
Proactive thinking – you're always bringing new ideas because you know not every opportunity lives within the brief.
