Our Front of House leaders play an integral part on our leadership team. They are the backbone of all shifts, ensuring proper staffing, training, and shift level decisions. They get the opportunity to build up future and current leaders as well as set the tone for the shift. This position requires previous leadership experience. This experience can be work, sports, or school related. Must have strong interpersonal skills, able to handle high demand situations at times, be dependable, trust-worthy, care about standards and safety, and strong hospitality skills. This role can be part time or full time as long as minimum commitments are met.

Required to lead 2-3 times per week, more can be an option but no less
Open or close minimum 5:45 am – 2:15 pm or 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm for Shift Leaders or 10 am - 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm for Team Captains
Must have some leadership background with relevant experience

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 16+ years old with leadership experience
Previous customer service experience preferred
Previous leadership experience an asset
Know how to balance relationships and results
Must be Dependable
