What to Expect as a Marketing Associate at Leafwell

As a Marketing Associate at Leafwell, you will be an enthusiastic, results-driven member of our team who helps drive results across the marketing organization. You will be working with a cross-functional organization focused on driving engagement and retention for medical card patients and our future app-driven marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Support lifecycle marketing initiatives by assisting in the build-out of various user campaigns and canvases.
Manage social media planning and posting, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
Search and vet potential influencers and content partners to expand the reach of our brand and message.
Pull and quantify reporting metrics to analyze campaign performance and inform future marketing efforts.
Assist with live event setup, promotion, and coordination to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness.
Help develop sales enablement tools for the Outreach and Partnership teams to support lead generation and business growth.
Conduct ongoing research for various marketing initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Assist the Growth Marketing Manager with channel marketing efforts, including paid media, email, and content marketing.
Collaborate with all departments within the marketing organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment on goals and initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate would demonstrate proactive initiative by taking ownership of projects and contributing new marketing ideas. They would be capable of developing and executing highly effective marketing campaigns that meet or exceed KPI targets. The candidate would have a deep understanding of social media nuances, successfully growing and engaging the brand's social media audience. They would excel in identifying, nurturing, and managing relationships with influencers and content partners, coordinating and promoting events that generate high attendance and increased brand awareness. Additionally, the candidate would optimize sales enablement tools, make data-driven decisions, exhibit proficiency in marketing technology platforms, foster a collaborative environment, and continuously adapt to industry trends and best practices.

In addition

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifecycle marketing, social media, or content marketing.
Experience with marketing technology platforms, including Braze, HubSpot, AppsFlyer, and GA4, is a big plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in social media platforms and management tools.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with live event coordination and promotion.
Passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to Leafwell's mission.
