there are tons of benefits that come with the job that pertains to health insurance. the job can get stressful at times and the times are controlled for when you take your breaks and lunches and going over affects the whole team. i work through the Medicaid portion and at times you can deal with customers that are in bad conditions and/or homeless. if you're a motivated person, this job can be fully fit for you. there are lots of opportunities to advance but can be time consuming. you cant get promoted till you're one year in the job and once you're in second level you can branch off to any area that fits you after 6ish months into the second level, whether its going into management or escalations or it etc. information can also be a bit overwhelming with what you need to know to speak on the Medicaid portion. tons and tons of information to know and training only goes over 50% of it in a realistic sense. most of the rest is learning about it by reading documents or getting coaching from a higher up.
A variety of benefits added to your salary
