Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Media Producer to join our dynamic Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling video content and photography that aligns with the Work Sharp brand identity. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand's narrative across various digital platforms and ensuring consistent communication with our customers and retail partners.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute video content for our YouTube series, social media channels, and other digital platforms, showcasing the features, benefits, and usage of our products.
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content that captures the essence of the Work Sharp brand while adhering to the established brand guidelines.
Create lifestyle and studio photography of our products for use in marketing materials, advertisements, retail merchandising and online content.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts for video projects, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and objectives.
Innovate and evolve the brand's voice and visual identity through compelling storytelling, visuals, and editing techniques.
Produce content in various formats beyond video, such as GIFs, animations, and interactive media, to engage consumers and drive demand.
Work closely with the team to bring marketing campaigns to life, translating strategic ideas into creative and captivating visual content.
Participate in pre-production activities, including scouting locations, coordinating shoots, and managing equipment.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve content quality and effectiveness.
Contributes to graphic design projects as needed including print and web ads, sales flyers, tradeshow materials, product packaging and user’s guides.
Understand how individual outputs tie into the overall brand strategy.
Work with outside contractors as needed to deliver diverse assets and maintain internal efficiency.
Maintain strong organization of creative assets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production processes.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video content and photography that demonstrates creativity, storytelling, and technical skills.
Experience with photography equipment and techniques, including studio and lifestyle photography.
Understanding of social media platforms and their requirements for video and visual content.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for storytelling, creativity, and an eye for detail.
Familiarity with brand identity and the ability to maintain consistency in content creation.

Preferred:

Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Previous experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry.
