An opportunity for an Office Manager in the Framingham, MA area to provide administrative support for Ameresco’s corporate headquarters.

OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide daily administrative support for corporate headquarters and activities, including telephone, mail, office coverage, and communication.

Manage front desk staff and coverage.

Collaborate with Team to assist with monthly management meetings and quarterly Board of Directors meetings.

Provide word processing, database, spreadsheet, project, research, customer, meeting, scheduling, and travel assistance and logistical support.

Process and track purchase orders, invoices, supply requests, and related financial documents.

Identify and implement process improvements to ensure effective use of resources.

Cultivate and foster positive business relationships.

Perform other duties as required.

HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Properly maintain employee files, documentation, and database; monitor business metrics and prepare reports.

Administer Company’s Wellness program.

Plan company events for corporate location.

Administer employee recognition and service award programs.

Assist
with quarterly HR filings to ensure compliance at all business locations.

Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years administrative office management experience.

Excellent verbal, written, computer, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Superior organizational, database, project, and time management and resource planning skills.

MS Office Suite proficiency. Advanced Excel, Access, software skills desirable.

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast paced work setting.

Knowledge of RFP/RFQ process and proposal requirements helpful.

Familiarity with energy efficiency or large scale engineering or construction work environment desirable.

Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing

U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required

Ability to work flexible hours as required by projects.

May be required to pass background investigation
