WHAT WE NEED AND WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING:
•Calling healthcare professionals in an effort to help them understand the benefits of working with Alliance.
•By developing professional relationships you will be able to present qualified candidates to our ever growing list of available nationwide opportunities.
•Between our proven training program, and your natural art of negotiating, you will be able to confidently sell our rates and assignment details to your candidates.
•Make an impact, develop solid partnerships and CLOSE DEALS.
•We need you to have the same skill set, passion and talent as the Physician Recruiters, but in this role, you will be calling Hospitals, Physician Groups and Clinics to better understand their needs, in an effort to solidify new contracts and job orders
•The ability to professionally communicate with executives in order to establish and grow existing client relationships in the health care industry

Preferred and Required Skills and Experience
•We're all grownups, you have to know how to manage your time...don't be that person!!
•It's a real job...so yes, have the ability to do 20 things at once.
•Be able to tell us about your sales and/or staffing experience...and how that's going to make you successful at Alliance.
• College Degree Preferred
• 2+ years inside sales experience (with a proven record of meeting/exceeding goals)
• Solid computer skills...and experience working in a database of some sort (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.)
•Sales/Staffing experience where you had to close deals is a HUGE plus
