What You Will Be Doing

Create product designs to contribute toward developing new features and solving complex problems
Influence use of user-centered design principles
Lead and mentor junior product designers and teammates
Own entire projects and solutions for them, creating and driving end-to-end solutions

What You Need for this Position

BS/MS and 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Extensive experience conceptualizing, designing and delivering digital workflow
Extensive experience developing customer experiences
Experience with a design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs
