Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in data analysis, working with databases, querying (e.g., SQL, MapReduce, Hadoop), or coding (e.g., Python, Javascript), and extracting/presenting insights.
Experience using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with building inclusive products/services or mitigating equality problems.
Experience using Python for data analysis.
Experience analyzing ML models performance.
Ability to influence and work in a dynamic environment.

As a Product Inclusion Analyst in the Trust and Safety Ranking team, you will discover, measure, and mitigate product risks related to product inclusion and equity (e.g., working on Search ranking and Search products). You will learn about product design details, product policies, and various tools to assess product inclusion and equity issues. This role will assist in raising awareness about product inclusion problem.

Responsibilities

Become an expert in Search products and data structures.
Define strategy to mitigate product inclusion and equity issues in Search.
Perform scaled analyses of product inclusion, equity issues, and share results with stakeholders.
Develop datasets for engineers to evaluate and improve Search products.
Analyze, debug escalations, and identify trends that can indicate bigger product risks.
