The Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for leading a team of growing the company’s revenue, developing long-term customer relationships that will ensure sales and profitability, and entering new customer/business segments in accordance with the strategic company goals. Position reports directly to SVP of Sales and Marketing.
Help drive the company’s sales strategy
Supervising a sales force, sales administration and business development strategies
Support and lead a technology enabled, solutions-oriented commercial team
Make sales calls to current and potential customers sale of 3PL Freight Management, Multi Modal Brokerage, Contract -Parcel, LTL and multi modal truckload, dedicated trucking, warehouse, cross dock and distribution services
SaaS solution sales (Mercury gate and Oracle OTM Consulting and integration services for technology.

Perform other related duties as assigned
Managed Solutions Background and Success History
Minimum 10 years demonstrated success selling freight under management services
Strong negotiation, communication, analysis, and networking skills
Strong leadership skills; takes initiative and leads by example
Flexibility to quickly adapt to business need and/or industry changes
