Customer Service Representative – BSC
Department: Base Supply Stores
Reports to: Manager and/or Assistant Manager
To provide customer service with customer recognition to everyone.
Requires excellent communication skills.
High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
Basic retail knowledge. Accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
Must have interpersonal skills dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers and management. Team player.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use their hands.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a moderate office environment.
