      Pros

Great co-workers and they will work with your schedule. In the IT department at least.

      Cons

None honestly, the place is great. The IT department's only problem can be the bureaucracy, but after that it is okay.

      Positive Outlook

      Pros

This job is super laid back. There are a lot of undergraduates and grad students in the office and mailroom. You see some pretty interesting people. When your work is all done, you can finish your homework and stuff. Bosses are understanding and flexible.

      Cons

Some people who pick up mail can be rude. And sometimes workers can be a bit too laid back for some peoples' taste.

      Advice to Management

Updating systems and protocol is always helpful. If something is not working, it's better to come up with a new way to make it work.
