Aspen’s premier cannabis dispensary is hiring for a motivated retail professional with a laser-focus on customer service. Preference given to local applicants.

The Dalwhinnie Farms dispensary on downtown Aspen's Mill Street, is unlike most recreational cannabis stores. We sell top-shelf cannabis brands - including our own flower - alongside Rolex watches, fine leather goods, candles + home decor, cashmere hoodies, and rare artwork.

Our store comprises a small team that believes in building meaningful relationships with our customers - both seasonal and residential - and guiding them wherever they are on their cannabis journey. We strive to provide unrivaled attention and service in a warm, luxurious setting - providing the ideal showcase for cannabis products lovingly crafted and selected to our exacting standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be dependable, exemplify good critical thinking skills, and possess a proven relational sales background. An understanding of the Colorado and Aspen market strongly preferred. Experience working in a recreational dispensary. Comfortable selling high-end non-cannabis items and goods.

Reports to: General Manager

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Performs high-level customer service
Serves as cannabis subject matter expert
Adept with relational sales and meeting store sales goals
Supports the daily store operations including opening/closing, stocking, cleanliness, and overall appearance
Exemplary knowledge of products and goods
Comfort using our POS system
Represents the Dalwhinnie Farms brand, aesthetic and core values
Monitors compliance with Colorado MED and recreational cannabis code
Follow all store SOPS

Individuals applying must be:

A minimum age of 21 years old
A Colorado resident (No out of state applicants will be considered)
Living in or willing to relocate to Aspen, Colorado or the surrounding area

Applicants must be willing to submit to an extensive background check including a drug test in accordance with the Colorado Recreational Cannabis code.
