Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst.

Description:
The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that orders are converted into revenue efficiently and effectively, resulting in maximum revenue and goal achievement for Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. The analyst will work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure that all orders are accurately recorded, processed, and fulfilled.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize the order-to-revenue process, identifying opportunities for improvement in order processing and fulfillment, materials and labor planning, revenue recognition, and billing accuracy
Partner with finance and operations team to ensure that revenue targets are set, made available and understood by all key stakeholders
Partner with the sales operations team to ensure that all orders are correctly recorded and entered into the system, with appropriate pricing, discounts and delivery dates applied as required
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, with appropriate shipping and delivery methods selected and communicated based on customer needs
Lead regular cross-functional meetings with leaders of the sales, finance, and operations team, ensuring that goals are being achieved and action items are being recorded and completed
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the order-to-revenue process, providing regular updates to the Director of Business Operations and other stakeholders as required
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, revenue recognition, or billing, working with other teams as needed to resolve these issues quickly and effectively
Develop and maintain process documentation related to the order-to-revenue process, ensuring that all processes are clearly documented and easy to follow for all stakeholders
Partner with sales operations and business operations teams to provide on-demand reporting in Salesforce and PowerBI for leaders across the organization
Stay up to date on industry best practices related to revenue operations, identifying opportunities to incorporate new tools, techniques, and approaches into Hexagon's operations as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in revenue operations or related field, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to revenue recognition and order fulfillment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience working with Salesforce
Experience working in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP
Knowledge of IFRS15 and other accounting principles related to revenue recognition
Experience working with complex datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Certification in lean six sigma preferred
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven
Proficient in MS Office. Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel required
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to analyze complex data sets, connecting the dots and delivering actionable insights
Strong time and project management skills
Understanding/experience using lean six sigma tools and methods such as root cause analysis, process mapping and process control
