ConnectionsSF offers 6 flexible membership options, 70 desk/ offices, 4 meeting spaces, on-site restaurant and on-site hotel rooms making it an all encompassing alternative office solution. The facility is located in the Embarcadero area of San Francisco, CA.

Responsibility:

The Sales Manager is responsible for selling and signing individual & corporate memberships and event space with the expectation of meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. A proactive approach to exceed defined sales targets, identify qualified leads, develop and execute marketing via both traditional and social media platforms, pipeline management, resulting in high conversation ratios with good margins. The Manager will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy and acquisition plans for future business development.

Qualifications:

Experience self-motivated sales individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasked driven environment.

  • 3-5 years business to business direct sales experience, in San Francisco market
  • Knowledge of competition, industry segments, market segments and target companies.
  • Proven success in self lead generation, prospecting and negotiating
  • Knowledge and understanding of reporting sales activity
  • Knowledge of social media to market and develop leads
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Computer literate in: MS Office Suite, CRM Systems, Mobile Applications and Mac Systems
  • Ability to foster relationships

This is a full-time position which requires flexible work hours, and 3-5 years prior sales experience in a high volume new business development sales capacity. Previous office/co-working sales experience is preferred. A competitive base salary and benefits will be offered plus commission.
