Using data management tools (Access/Cognos/Excel) to evaluate various datasets, the Sales Planning Analyst will assist in routine reporting on general business operating results. The individual’s primary task is to provide analytical support to the sales planning and analytics team. Other responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative tasks including, but not limited to, updating reports and documents, processing invoices, etc.
Prepares scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Prepares ad-hoc reports or analysis as needed for sales operations staff and management.
Assists in preparing business trend reports, retail and wholesale sales activity, competitive activity and retail finance invoice processing/analysis.
Through inter-department cross-training, serves as back up to other staff as required.
