We’re looking for a highly collaborative and energetic community manager to help Creative Market continue to build trust with and proactively serve our shop and customer communities.

You’ll be responsible for developing key strategies to develop, grow and retain relationships built across several channels and you’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and support teams to represent the voice of our customer at the company.
Responsibilities
  • Regularly interact directly with our shops & customers across discussions forums, slack channels, facebook groups, etc.
  • Architect strategy for re-engaging our customer and seller communities—we want you to support community where it exists and help build it where it doesn’t yet.
  • Partner with our Support team to ensure customer issues get heard and directed to the right resource.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for community, working closely with content, product, & design teams to build content & campaigns that drive engagement in our communities.
  • Cultivate a deep archive of customer and seller stories—we want our community to hear about the successes of our shops and to be inspired by the creative work of our customers.
  • Support product & marketing teams in all feature launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Build a deep understanding of our customer and work to uncover opportunities to better serve their needs.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience managing communities, marketplace experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with internal stakeholders across departments and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to building relationships.
  • Experience assessing & implementing new communications platforms & tools.
  • Great communication—this role demands superb writing & communication across several different channels & audiences.
