At BOLD, we are embarking on the most dynamic growth we have seen to date. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing to lead the charge and help our business grow.
This role will be responsible for maintaining and monetizing high value relationships with current and new affiliates. We're looking for someone with a track record of revenue generation and managing highly successful affiliate marketing programs.
Find potential new affiliate relationships and ultimately convert them into partners
Prospect for new partners by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential affiliate partners
Set up meetings between partner decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals (including yourself!)
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in users to our sites
Manage existing partners and ensure they stay satisfied and positive
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
Arrange and participate in internal and external partner debriefs
Upsell current partners to new BOLD products and services
Create and manage our Affiliate Networks
Impact Radius, Commission Junction, W4 and other affiliate network relationships
Analysis and Optimization
Measure and analyze the performance of affiliate acquisition initiatives
Manage optimization and reporting objectives for all affiliates participating in the program
This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of affiliate and digital marketing experience
Extensive knowledge of affiliate advertising and direct marketing – CPC, CPM, CPL and CPA models
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools (GA, Micro Strategy
Strong communication, negotiating and persuasion skills
Strong history of building and fostering relationships with affiliates
8+ years of affiliate and marketing experience within a SaaS / subscription-based model
Previous experience in the jobs listing, careers, or resume industries
Experience managing a DSP
Experience with sales tools and CRMs
Direct experience managing a program on Impact Radius (or similar platforms)
Travel as needed
