Terra seeks a full-time senior technical writer who, working on-site within the Marketing Department, will generate technical product documentation and marketing materials, including web page descriptions, installation and operation manuals, technical tutorials, and promotional copy. This position demands concise, no-nonsense, grammatically impeccable writing as well as research, inter-departmental synergy and organizational skills. A keen eye for detail and a compulsion for accuracy are essential.
Applicants should possess a four-year degree with appropriate emphasis on writing and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Internet writing experience, including familiarity with SEO and sales-generating strategies - translating features into selling propositions - is a plus!
