I have been working at Trilogy Education Services full-time (More than a year)

      Pros

Due to Trilogy, I'll never be able to work in another Industry because nothing will be able to match this experience. Our pursuit of identifying skills gaps and delivering transformative educational experiences through university partnerships is only at the very beginning, and I consider myself insanely lucky to be sitting on this rocket ship towards success.

I won't speak for everyone at Trilogy, but for me personally, this has been a life-changing experience. I've had the opportunity to witness unimaginable growth, to challenge myself in new ways on a daily basis, and to share the joy of being around the most passionate & smart individuals you'll ever meet.

The transparency at Trilogy from the top down is unrivaled, and it lends itself to creating a culture where everyone is aligned on our path towards success.

If you have the opportunity to join Trilogy at any level whether it's as an Admissions Advisor, Career Director, Instructor, TA, Student Success Manager (the list goes on and on) don't think twice. You won't regret making one of the best decisions of your life.

      Cons

When a company sees every mistake and negative piece of feedback as an opportunity for improvement and growth, it is very difficult to list off any cons.

      Advice to Management

Keep doin' what you're doing. Make sure we packed enough fuel for this rocket ship!
