The Solution Architect (SA) will help develop industry best customer engagement platform solutions utilizing the suite of Reflektion products. In this role, the SA will be part of project kick-off, solution architecture phase. His / her role will be to design an optimal solution based on proper scoping / requirements as gathered from the customer. Once the initial solution is implemented, the SA will be also responsible ongoing ROI improvement initiatives for Reflektion by participating in performance analysis and additional product / solution deployments for these customers.
