You will be responsible for designing and supporting a wide range of technologies that support our clients. Our ideal candidate is a driven individual that has a passion for technology, loves challenges, and wants to actively contribute to a dynamic and growing environment. You will work alongside a very talented and close-knit team to constantly improve and implement new technology solutions. Experience working at or with a Managed Service Provider or IT consulting experience is preferred but not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

*New installations, upgrades, and constant improvement of technology solutions.
*Troubleshooting complex systems and network problems.
*Engaging with clients and end users to provide support and consulting services.
*Working with cutting-edge tools and methodologies for managing and securing our clients.
*Periodic scheduled onsite consulting, support, and engineering services.

*Experience designing and implementing solutions at a mid-size company level

Schedule:

• Regular business hours with periodic evenings and weekend work. Flexible, largley self-managed scheduled, 40-50 hours per week (average).
