Pros - PTO is great for those with many years of experience, matching 401k up to 10% of total salary + bonus and includes matching on student loan payments as well, except you have to enroll the year prior in order to benefit from student loan payment matching into 401k. Roth 401k option, but limited fund investment choices. Great healthcare, medical, dental, ortho, some vision coverage, and many misc healthcare benefits like apps with free virtual emergent appointments and concierge services to find services for you and schedule your doctor appointments. Great program for funding college degrees or certifications with a 3 year period to stay or pay it back. Seven of the paid holidays are taken together at end of year as one week and a half off from Christmas Eve through new years when whole company shuts down. Twelve weeks paid time off for parents, taken in first year, doesn’t have to be all at once. While we don’t have volunteer time off, company matches charitable monetary donations to non profits, and will fund an equivalent amount for your volunteer time based on an hourly rate. Maximum $10K per year per employee for community giving can be claimed by employee to be donated to nonprofits. Many discounts can be found on employee discount website. Jury duty results in still paid your regular pay for the time off. Generous life insurance options funded or supplemented, disability pay, and other annual benefits. Some positions have lower pay relative to competition, but Boeing’s total benefit package results in a better package than most out there. Also includes annual performance-based bonus program, tied to company KPI’s.
