Overview:

Job Function:
Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director, the Supply Chain Analyst will be based at our Location site and will be responsible for providing accurate information and interpretation of the business status, supporting the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and order fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily sales performance measurements, analysis, and reports for daily/weekly/monthly horizons.
  • Maintain the on-time delivery performance process and data, including sales order arrears analysis and reports.
  • Collect and analyze manufacturing and procurement data to maintain total replenishment lead time accuracy.
  • Produce historical and forecast inventory reports at designated frequencies.
  • Analyze data, measure progress against the operating plan.
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a planning, scheduling, or customer service role, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis functions.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems, demand planning software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Certifications: APICS CPIM and/or CSCP and Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
