Our client will be starting a project to implement ServiceNow in February 2018 with a Go Live in May 2018.

There will be a team of three working on this project
  • ServiceNow Solution Architect
  • ServiceNow Technical Analyst
  • Organizational Change Management Specialist
They are currently looking for a Technical Analyst to join the team. Our client, with the assistance of an implementation consultant, is implementing:
  • Single Sign On / LDAP
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • CMDB Lite
  • Asset and Inventory Management Lite
  • Service Management Portal
  • Service Level Agreements
  • Service Catalog / Request
The three positions mentioned above will together form one full FTE. They will be required to work on-site as and when needed. They will be responsible for any travel or travel related expenses occurred while performing services described in this solicitation. The Our client is looking to enter into a six (6) month contract with one (1) year renewal option.

The Technical Analyst will assist our client's Service Management team both during and after the project.

Expected activities include (but are not limited to):
  • Assist and provide advice related to ServiceNow best practice to our client's organization during the implementation project.
  • Support our client's organization in the review and approval of requirements.
  • Support our client's organization in the collection, revision, and presentation of data to support the initial ServiceNow build.
  • Support our client's organization during the UAT by developing test scripts and test against approved requirements.
  • Support our client's organization in configuration, testing and release of future releases and upgrades of ServiceNow after the project.
Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the following:

-ServiceNow Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of the Out-of-the –box ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows in particular: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Portal and Service Catalog/Request.
  • Demonstrated technical experience in configuration of ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing the release of new functionality between instances.
-Experience developing and implementing ServiceNow upgrades

-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

-Computer Science or related Degree/ – Diploma or relevant experience
